Principio Asphalt, a joint venture between York Building Products, P. Flanigan & Sons, and Diamond Materials, recently built a new plant within the York Building Products’ Belvedere Sand & Gravel facility at 1079 Belvidere Rd, North East, MD. Located adjacent to the forthcoming Belvidere Rd. interchange on I-95, the plant will provide service regionally to the Cecil County, MD, greater Newark, DE, and southeastern PA markets.
